Who we are
PropCinq is operated by F-ZEEN, Athens, Greece ("PropCinq", "we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
For any question about your information or this policy, write to hello@propcinq.com.
PropCinq is a professional service. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
Information we collect
Account information: your email address, name, professional role (agent or photographer), country, interface language, time zone and onboarding progress. If you create an account with an email and password, your password is stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider.
Information from Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier with us. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.
Workspace and profile information: agency workspace names, settings, brand details and the members of each workspace; photographer profiles such as display name, studio name, contact email, website, country and biography.
Property and campaign content: the property details you enter (such as address, price, rooms, features and MLS details), the photographs you upload with their labels and order, and the campaign text, brochures and videos produced from them.
Collaboration records: connections between agencies and photographers, photo deliveries, review decisions, notes and the activity history both sides need.
Messages we send: records of the service emails we send you, such as account and delivery notifications, including the recipient and whether the email was sent.
Website forms: if you request early access or contact us through propcinq.com, the name, email address and message you submit.
Technical information: our hosting provider records standard server and security logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, to keep the service running and secure. We use only the browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Billing: during Early Access there is no payment method on file and nothing is charged. We keep a record of your plan and counts of the actions you perform.
How we use your information
To create and secure your account and sign you in, including with Google.
To provide the service you ask for: storing your properties and photos, writing campaign text, building brochures and videos, and delivering photos between photographers and agents.
To send service emails, such as a welcome email and notifications about deliveries and connections. We do not send marketing email without your permission.
To keep each workspace private, prevent abuse, fix faults and keep the service secure.
To answer your requests and messages.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Google user data
We use the information Google provides (your name, email address, profile picture and account identifier) only to create your PropCinq account, sign you in and show your name in the product.
We do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below that we need to run PropCinq.
PropCinq's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove PropCinq's access at any time from your Google Account settings (Security > Third-party apps and services). This does not delete your PropCinq account; to delete it, see "Your choices" below.
AI-assisted writing
To write campaign text and describe photos, PropCinq sends the property details and photographs you provide to an AI model (Google Gemini, accessed through our hosting platform). The results are returned to your workspace for you to review and edit before you use them.
We send only what is needed for the task, and we do not send your account password or payment details.
Who can see your information
Your workspace data is visible only to the members of your workspace.
A connection between an agency and a photographer does not give either side access to the other's properties, campaigns, media library or billing.
A delivery is visible to the photographer who sent it and the agency it was sent to, including the review decisions and notes exchanged.
Our staff can access records only through an explicit internal permission, and that access is logged.
Service providers we use
Lovable (lovable.dev): application hosting, database, authentication, file storage, service email delivery and access to AI models.
Google: Google sign-in, and the Gemini AI models used for campaign text and photo descriptions.
Geoapify: address search when you type a property address. Only the address text is sent.
Railway: rendering property videos. Only the photos and text needed for the video are sent.
These providers process information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Social publishing, property-portal distribution and payment providers are not connected today. If we add them, we will update this policy first.
International transfers
We are based in Greece, and our service providers may store and process information in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account is open.
When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days.
Some shared records, such as completed photo deliveries and the review history between an agency and a photographer, may be kept in anonymised form so the other participant keeps an accurate record of the work. Security logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Early-access and contact requests are kept until you ask us to delete them or for up to 24 months.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, each workspace is isolated by access rules in the database, and staff access requires explicit permission. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your sign-in details private.
Your choices and rights
Access and export: download a machine-readable copy of your data from Settings.
Correction: update your profile and workspace details at any time in Settings.
Deletion: request account deletion from Settings or by writing to hello@propcinq.com.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain uses, or to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Union, you may complain to your local data protection authority; in Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
California and other U.S. state residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. To exercise any right, write to hello@propcinq.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
PropCinq is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will update this page and its effective date, and tell account holders by email or in the product before the change takes effect.
