Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity of the accounts in your workspace.
Workspace owners and administrators decide who may join their workspace and what role each member has.
Your content
Property details, photographs and campaign briefs you add remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store them and to produce the material you ask for.
You confirm that you have the right to use the photographs and property information you upload.
Do not upload unlawful content or material you are not permitted to publish.
AI-generated material
Campaign text is generated automatically from what you provide. It is a draft for you to check.
You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, legal compliance and advertising rules before publishing anything produced in PropCinq.
Work between agents and photographers
A connection lets an agency and a photographer work together. It does not transfer ownership of properties, campaigns or media.
A delivery, its versions and the review decisions form a shared professional record. Both participants keep access to that record so each can account for what happened.
Early Access
PropCinq is in Early Access. Features may change, and some areas shown in the product are not launched yet and are labelled as such.
No payment method is collected and nothing is charged today. Cancellation, renewal and refund terms will be [to be confirmed] once billing is introduced, and they will be published before any charge is made.
We provide the service as it is, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Ending use
You can stop using PropCinq at any time and request deletion of your account from Settings.
